  • What is the minimum engagement length?

    For one-off events we work without a minimum. For ongoing engagements, we recommend at least one season or 3 months, so the investment in selection, training, and onboarding pays off. Termination terms are always clearly set out in the contract.

  • Which regions of Bulgaria do you serve?

    We cover the main hotel destinations in the country — Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas, Nessebar, Pomorie, Bansko, and Borovets. For other regions we discuss individually depending on volume.

  • How do we get started with Horeca Staffing?

    Fill in the request form and one of our operators will get back to you, typically within the working day. We then run a short intake call about volume, standards, and timing, send a transparent proposal and contract, and agree a clearly committed start date.
