Cookie policy

Last updated: 2026-05-19

This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by the Horeca Staffing website, operated by Clean Nest Ltd (Клийн Нест ООД). It is provided in accordance with the GDPR, Bulgarian data-protection law and the rules implementing the EU ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the website to remember information about your visit (for example, your preferred language or whether you are signed in). "Similar technologies" include local storage and pixels that perform comparable functions.

2. Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the operation and security of the website (for example, language preference, session integrity, anti-abuse / Turnstile challenge, load balancing). These cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules and cannot be disabled without breaking the site.

Analytics cookies (consent-based). Where you have given consent, we may use Google Analytics 4 and/or Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymised usage of the website. We configure these tools to minimise personal data collection (for example, by anonymising IP addresses where the tool supports it).

3. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are stored on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and any other non-essential cookies are set only on the basis of your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4c of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act), which can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Managing your preferences

Where a cookie banner or preference center is shown, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies and update your choices at any time through the link in the footer.

You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is being set. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

5. Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain stored for a defined period (typically between a few days and 24 months, depending on the cookie). Analytics identifiers expire after the period configured by the analytics provider, after which they are renewed only if you continue to consent.
