Request and intake call
We get back to you within the working day to understand volumes, standards, timelines, and the context — peak periods, your SOPs, what your team looks like today.

Proposal and contract
You receive a transparent proposal — by man-hours, a fixed monthly engagement, or a hybrid. The contract clearly sets SLAs, responsibilities, and remediation conditions.

Hiring and training
We assemble the team from our standing roster or hire fresh, train them to your procedures, and walk them through the property before go-live.

On-site go-live
Our supervisor is on the property in the first days to tune communication with your Front Office, F&B manager, or Housekeeping lead.

Ongoing management
We run scheduling, sick-day replacements, daily quality control, and monthly reporting to your operations director or owner.
How quickly do you respond to a new request?
We typically get back to you within the working day for an intake call. For a planned engagement, the lead time to go-live is usually 1–3 weeks, depending on selection and training. For emergencies within an existing engagement — typically within 48 hours.
What happens if a member of your staff doesn't show up for a shift?
That is precisely our responsibility. We have a fast-replacement procedure backed by a local roster — the goal is that the shift never goes uncovered. If a specific person creates systemic issues, we offer a permanent swap at no additional charge.
How do you control quality after go-live?
We run several layers of control — a shift senior on the floor, periodic checks from our manager, feedback from your housekeeping or F&B manager, and a monthly report covering coverage, incidents, and recommendations. When something drifts, we act directly — no letter-by-letter back-and-forth.
