What happens during a labour or tax inspection?
All documentation sits on our side — we present contracts, wages, and social security records. That's one of the main advantages of this model.
Can part of the staff stay on our payroll and part on yours?
Yes. We frequently work in a hybrid model, where the core sits on your payroll and the peaks and replacements on ours.
