Horeca Staffing takes that whole load off your team. We deploy trained chambermaids, senior housekeepers, and housekeeping supervisors, working to checklists aligned with your standard. We carry scheduling, sick-day and leaver cover, quality control, and a monthly report to your operations director or owner.
We work both as a supplement to your existing housekeeping team and as the full external operator of the department. In both formats, we are accountable for the people we deploy — from documentation through to floor-level quality.

Can we start with a small pilot before a full engagement?
Yes. We often start with a few people for a weekend or one floor before taking over the department. It's a healthy way for both sides to test fit.
What happens if we're not happy with a specific person?
We take feedback from your housekeeping manager and replace the person, typically within the working day or up to 48 hours, with no additional charge.
Who is liable for damage to a room during cleaning?
We carry liability for damage caused by our staff, on the terms and limits set out in the contract. It is a standard part of the engagement.
How far in advance should we book seasonal staff?
For peak season we recommend booking 2–3 months ahead, to allow selection and training. For emergencies we can move much faster.
