Flexibility is built in: a weekend with a wedding or a group check-in — we add people. A slow Monday — we scale down without you having to administer it.

Can you provide people for a single event?
Yes. We frequently cover weddings, banquets, and group dinners on a one-off basis, with no year-round engagement.
What does pre-season training look like?
Preparatory modules on service, food safety, guest interaction, and the specifics of your menu and standard. Typically 1–2 days on-site before go-live.
Do you have bartenders for cocktail menus or only classic bar service?
We cover both classic hotel bars and venues with more advanced cocktail menus — we agree the level in advance.
Who handles uniforms?
We can work either way — with your uniforms or with our base uniforms aligned to your standards.
